Nadège Pricat
Founding partner
Technical development and graphic design

Passionate about art in general, my career path has taken me from studying art history to architecture, via the restoration of pictorial art, and finally back to graphic design.
I've always been driven by the conviction that art and our visual environment play an important role in our construction and understanding of the world around us. Design brings culture, which in turn contributes to values.
It was with these convictions in mind that I created the visual, graphic and technical world of UMAN®Map and UMAN®Web.

My atypical career path in the social field, but also as a manager and adult trainer, has given me multidisciplinary experience for over twenty years.
My interest in human development has opened up my vision of what human relationships are all about.
I work in the human sciences and am the author of the UMAN®map maps and books and the UMAN®Web application.
I provide supervision and workshops in social institutions.

Julien Graisse
Developer

As an EPFL computer science engineer, I quickly moved into web and mobile development. Programming modern, aesthetic and secure interfaces holds no secrets for me. I particularly enjoy putting my skills at the service of a human-scale company like UMAN®, with the ingenuity of the project and the feeling of doing relevant work.

Passionate about technology and innovative solutions that improve competitiveness, it is above all human interaction and the way in which a group of people can come together and work together to realise a vision, make an impact and achieve excellence that drives me.
As a professional coach and consultant with over ten years' experience in supporting and developing businesses, as well as managing start-up projects, it is with the same enthusiasm that I am accompanying UMAN® on this formidable human and technical adventure to turn their vision into reality.

Helena Petersen
Trainer

Passionate about people, I've always worked in the social field. First in the field of disability, then more specifically in the field of children.
Children and their way of understanding the world, developing their skills through their creativity, their thirst for learning and their great curiosity!
I've managed pre-school facilities, and followed children through their 1st years of life, recognising the importance of early experiences in shaping their development and potential.
My interest in art and culture has always fuelled my professional career. By specialising in the aesthetic and cultural education of children, my aim is to work towards supporting and enriching early childhood development.
Working for UMAN means working for children's development by giving them the best possible start in life.
