Our ambition is to give children the opportunity to grow and flourish, whatever their start in life.

 Our aim is to change the way children are observed in educational settings by enabling childcare workers to work and communicate differently with children and their families.

 

Today, too many children pay the heavy price of a lifetime of social and cognitive suffering as a result of poor developmental monitoring during childhood. What's more, deficiencies at the start of schooling are extremely difficult to make up for in subsequent years, and have a particularly negative impact on the child's schooling and subsequent professional life.

This just goes to show how important it is to put the right support in place as early as possible. Research shows that children with a difficult socio-economic background benefit particularly positively from targeted support measures in their early years.

 

It is this awareness and our reflections that have led us to create innovative educational observation tools such as UMAN®Map and UMAN®Web, as well as training modules.
